My experience at Frankford Dental was outstanding. After researching new Dentists in the 19114/19020 area, I decided to check out Frankford Dental and my first visit was scheduled for today 12/8/16 but my great experience with them started when I called on 12/7 to inquire about accepting new patients. I spoke to Gail and her customer service was excellent. The great customer service continued when I arrived at my appointment this morning. The administrative is very helpful and willing to explain everything in great detail. The doctor and his support staff were great as well. I had a full examination done and the doctor was very thorough in developing a comprehensive treatment plan for me. Overall I cannot say enough good things about my initial experience with this office. This Dental office is undoubtedly going to my office of choice from here on out. I highly recommend going here if you are in need of a new dentist in the NE Philly/Lower Bucks area.
